1. Appointment Confirmation
All appointments must be confirmed within 3 days of the scheduled cleaning date.
Failure to confirm within this timeframe will result in automatic cancellation of the appointment.
A $50 deposit is required to secure your appointment.
Deposits must be made within 3 days of scheduling.
Failure to provide the deposit on time may result in cancellation.
3. Walkthrough and Satisfaction Guarantee
Upon completion of the cleaning, a walkthrough will be conducted with the customer to ensure satisfaction.
We are committed to addressing any items that may have been overlooked as per the checklist provided.
4. Checklist and Cleaning Selection
Customers are responsible for reviewing the cleaning checklists available on our website to ensure they choose the correct cleaning package for their needs.
Services provided will strictly adhere to the selected checklist. Additional services may incur extra charges.
5. Recurring Cleaning and Airbnb Services
Customers scheduling recurring cleanings or Airbnb turnover services are required to keep a valid credit or debit card on file for payment processing.
It is the customer's responsibility to update payment information promptly to avoid interruptions in service
Appointments canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
Rescheduling is permitted if notice is given at least 48 hours in advance.
Full payment is required upon the completion of services unless other arrangements have been agreed upon.
Accepted payment methods include Cash, Card, and Afterpay.
Prime Cleaning Co. is not liable for pre-existing damages to property or items that are improperly secured.
Customers must inform us of fragile or valuable items before the cleaning appointment.
9. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service if conditions are deemed unsafe or if there is a failure to comply with these terms.
Deposits are non-refundable except in cases where Prime Cleaning Co. cancels the appointment.
Prime Cleaning Co. reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of significant changes.
